Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your grooming routine, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all soaps and skincare products. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, we are committed to making it right through a refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging; for hygiene reasons, soaps and liquids must be at least 75% full and tightly sealed.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
